straying into Tuscan fashion

An outfit made after the portrait of Giovanna Feltria by Raffaello Sanzio.

The gamurra (dress) is made of a lightweight natural dyed twill (indigo/reseda), the rest is chemically dyed.
The sleeves are a nice red silk, tied on with pink tablet woven ribbons.
The camicia (shirt) is a very old one 2/3 Linnen, 1/3 cotton blend, embroidered with blue silk thread to give it a second life.
